I've spent more than 18 years in complex, consultative sales, the kind with multiple stakeholders, long cycles, and real money on the line. Over that time I've closed more than $22 million in revenue, including individual deals up to $650,000.
My roots are in audio-visual and home-technology integration, selling sophisticated, technical products into demanding environments where the cycle is long, and the sale is won on trust and expertise, not a quick pitch.
Most salespeople need fast wins. They burn out on the slow, grueling deals and those are precisely the deals technical and physical-product founders depend on. I win the ones others give up on.
I started Marvel Sales Consulting because I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant founders with genuinely great products stuck because nobody on the team knew how to build a real sales motion.
They couldn't justify hiring a $180K VP of Sales, and most agencies only sold disconnected pieces, SDR outreach, lead generation, or marketing without a complete revenue strategy.
Marvel Sales Consulting was built to fill that gap: helping technical founders win early customers, build a repeatable sales process, and transition growth into a scalable internal team.
I do the selling first — closing your early deals myself. Then I build the repeatable system underneath what's working: the process, the playbook, the early hires. Then I hand it to a team you own, and step back.
The whole point is to make myself unnecessary. Sell it, build it, then hand you the keys.
